At Semiòtica, every piece is made-to-order — created intentionally, produced with care, and crafted just for you.
Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or in cases of a simple change of mind.

But if something feels off, we’re here.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any manufacturing issue, we’ll gladly offer a free reprint or a full refund.
Just reach out to us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo showing the issue. There’s no need to return the item — we want to keep this process simple and stress-free.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong size or color, we can’t offer a full refund, but we’re happy to support you with a one-time discount on a replacement piece.
